Nettlefold Projects was contracted by Enerflex as an Engineering Manager to both oversee the Moomba Gas Compression Upgrade, and to assist multiple other clients with the design & construction of gas plants across sites in Australia and Indonesia – including Origin, Santos, Downer, QGC, Arrow, and APA.
It was our responsibility to manage and deliver the full engineering project lifecycle, including design, construction, and commissioning. We managed all contract and client relationships, driving multi-disciplined teams across sites to execute works according to agreed schedules.
With a systematic approach to project management, we successfully delivered on the desired outcomes, producing accurate tender proposals and managing all project documentation and budgeting along the way.
